Wine Appreciation Section

Join fellow wine lovers at the Club’s Wine Appreciation Section and explore wines from around the world. From exclusive wine dinners and masterclasses to casual tasting nights, there’s something for everyone at specially discounted section member rates.

Meetings are held every two months on the third Thursday.

Book Club

Do you love reading? Please do join us at The Book Club for a lively chat on all things books!

While reading a new story solo is often a great way to relax, sometimes you just want to discuss what you’ve read with another person—or a few people—to bring those ideas off the page and into the world.

We meet once every 2 months for an hour or so on Wednesday evenings at 8pm.

Chinese Brush Painting

The British Club welcomes you to join one of the longest running activities (since 1985) held at the Club – Chinese Brush Painting.

Chinese Brush Painting is an ancient art form that allows you to express your individuality through its delicate strokes.

Drop by for a draft session and have a chat with the very friendly and skillful instructor Mr Yap!

Craft Section

If you can stitch, or are keen to pick it up again, then this is the group for you. Join a friendly group of members who meet at the Club every Tuesday for some coffee, a chat and of course, crafts.

Bring along a piece of quilting, cross stitch, embroidery or anything else that has been lurking in the cupboard unfinished that you would like to see completed. These ladies are of varying degrees of ability, so you don’t need to be an expert as there is always help at hand if needed and even the opportunity to learn something new.

Mahjong

Mahjong, a game of agile thinking and strategic planning. If you are passionate about your Mahjong, come and join this group who meet every Monday morning to play. The group plays very social mahjong and welcomes all levels of players and even complete beginners.
